Delivery Policy

Delivery Time:
Orders are delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery Area:
Delivery is available within the State of Qatar only.

Delivery Fees:
Delivery fees may vary depending on the location within Qatar and will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Schedule:
Deliveries are made throughout the week, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
In case of special circumstances or high order volumes, customers will be contacted to update the delivery status.

Re-Delivery Policy:
If the order is not received on the first attempt, a re-delivery will be arranged within 24 hours after coordination with the customer.
